ReviewBell

Service Terms

Effective: August 9, 2026

These terms govern use of ReviewBell and its optional hosted support-email service. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the Mac app. If these service terms conflict with non-waivable consumer law, that law controls.

Hosted support email is for real product-support conversations. It is not a bulk-mail platform, a permanent business-email account, or a service for regulated or highly sensitive information.

1. Account and authority

2. Hosted addresses

3. Plans, limits, and downgrade behavior

4. Acceptable use

You must not use ReviewBell or a hosted address to:

Outbound email is limited to a direct reply within a conversation that first arrived at your hosted address. ReviewBell does not provide campaigns, CC, BCC, mailing lists, or arbitrary new-message sending.

5. Your customer communications

6. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under your App Store account and Apple's terms. Features may remain available during a verified grace or billing-retry period. Refund, revoke, expiration, or failed-renewal events may change hosted-email access promptly across devices.

7. Suspension and termination

ReviewBell may rate-limit, pause, suspend, or terminate hosted-email access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, legal requests, security risk, provider requirements, nonpayment, deliverability damage, or a material breach of these terms. When feasible, we will limit the action to the affected feature or address. Serious abuse may result in immediate rejection of mail and permanent alias tombstoning.

You can stop using the service, request mailbox deletion, or delete the hosted-email account in the app. Retention and deletion behavior is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

The service depends on Apple, Google, Cloudflare, the public email network, and evolving provider limits. Cloudflare's outbound Email Sending service may be offered as a beta or change during ReviewBell's operation. ReviewBell may change, discontinue, or replace a feature when necessary, and will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practical.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” ReviewBell does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, inbox placement, successful routing, recovery of deleted content, or fitness for a regulated workflow. You are responsible for maintaining your own records and an alternate customer-contact channel.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, ReviewBell is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes and contact

Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date and additional notice when appropriate. Legal or service questions may be sent to privacy@hello-support.com; abuse reports may be sent to abuse@hello-support.com.
